TellCulvers Survey is a customer satisfaction survey, a program created by Culver’s to enable customers to provide valuable feedback about their dining experiences.
The TellCulvers Survey collects customer feedback to improve the quality of food and/or services at all Culver’s restaurant locations across the US, while also rewarding the participants with a FREE Single Scoop dish or Cake Cone for their feedback. All Culver’s customers are eligible to participate in the TellCulvers survey with a valid receipt and survey code by visiting www.TellCulvers.com

TellCulvers Survey Guide
This guide will show you what steps are required during the survey, how long it should take and what the rules for participating are.

What are the steps to take the survey?
- Visit your local Culver’s and place an order
- Save your receipt
- Within 48 hours take the survey
- Go to www.tellculvers.com
- Enter the survey code located on your receipt
- Begin survey
- Answer and rate all questions honestly
- Submit survey
- Take note of your Validation Code by writing it on your receipt
- Redeem your FREE item coupon (within 14 days) at your next visit
How long will it take?
The survey should take between 4-6 minutes to complete.
What is my info used for?
Culver’s uses your feedback to improve their services and quality of food, any personal information you provide is never sold or shared with any other parties, all contact information is only used by Culver’s to make contact with you.
Is it hard to redeem the coupon?
NO! It is very easy to redeem your code for a FREE Single Scoop Dish or Cake cone. Just present your receipt with your code written on it to the cashier at your next visit to Culver’s (within 14 days of completing the survey).
What are the rewards?

Rules and Regulations
- You must have a recent (within 48 hours) valid receipt with a survey code
- You must be 13 years of age or older
- You must be a legal citizen of the United States
- You must redeem your validation code within 14 days of completing the survey
- Your survey code is only valid for one use
- Your validation code is only valid for one use
- Employees and/or their family members are not eligible to participate
- Do not copy or share your survey or validation codes
- Do not give false or misleading information during the survey
- Failure to adhere to the rules and regulations may cause to you be ineligible for future surveys
